Easy to apply and remove, kids tattoos are always a big hit. 

Instructions: Simply cut out the tattoo and peel off the transparent film. Place the tattoo against the skin and wet. Press for about 20 seconds and then remove the paper. The tattoo can be removed with baby oil.
